Believe it or not, it has taken me more than 20 years of management, training and consulting career to finally create my own blog, along with my own professional website.

My intention is to reflect on events, topics and insights that shape my professional and private aspects of my life, as those are inseparably intertwined and make me who I am.

Let’s see, hopefully I can keep it alive to counter the infamous quote from James Boswell (quoting Samuel Johnson in 1775) “Sir, hell is paved with good intentions.”
