Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I have procrastinated for at least 10 years, if not more.

Finally it is here – my professional website https://pavluts.eu is now live – in English and in Latvian.

Took me +/- 3 days to figure out the less than intuitive menu and logic of WordPress (I realise there are probably more intuitive site builders out there, including Latvian made ones) and create the site on my own, with heavy assistance of cGPT.

Yes, I know it is text heavy, traditional looking and inconsistent design-wise – that’s the best I could do at the moment. But, it has come into being at last. That’s a win.

It would be super generous if you would give me some feedback – what you like, what are the missed opportunities.

I guess a disclaimer is appropriate – at this point my purpose was not to create a glitzy, sales’y online sales channel. Rather I aimed to have important information about:

• what I do (people often ask me that question and I still fidget)
• my approach and philosophy
• services as a trainer, consultant and mentor
• training topics
• as well as CV and career path in one place and in my own words.

Put simply – a resource centre to point clients and partners to. I don’t really expect it to drive sales, not yet, not now. We’ll see.
